RESOLUTION 07-225
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR PCC PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 ON
UNIVERSITY AVENUE,WACO PL.TO WEST OF ALICE'S RD.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Eco-Tech Construction LLC has completed the PCC Pavement
Reconstruction STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 on University Avenue,Waco PI.to west of
Alice's Rd.,for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed on said
project.and have confirmed that said improvements are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this nud day of October 2007 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the PCC Pavement Reconstruction STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 on
University Avenue,Waco PI.to west of Alice's Rd.
