RESOLUTION 07-235
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ROADWAY EASEMENT WITH
JIM AND CAROL HERMANN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,As part of the L.A.Grant Parkway Paving Project the intersection of 312'h
and L.A.Grant Parkway will be constructed,and,
WHEREAS,the City needs to obtain the easement for roadway access and utilities to for
the L.A Grant Parkway Paving project,and,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Roadway Easement and
recommends approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,that the Roadway Easement with Jim and Carol I-Iermann is hereby
approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of November,2007.
