RESOLUTION 07-234
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
JIM AND CAROL HERMANN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,As part of the L.A.Grant Parkway Paving Project the intersection of312th
and L.A.Grant Parkway will be constructed,and,
WHEREAS,the City will purchase an easement for roadway access and utilities to for
the L.A Grant Parkway Paving project,and,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Roadway Easement and
recommends approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,that the Purchase Agreement with Jim and Carol Hermann is hereby
approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein.
PASSED AND APPROVED this sth day of November,2007.
