APPROVING THE OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT FOR LOTS 4-6 OF
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously approved a final plat for Williams Pointe Plat 8
on August 7,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,in connection with the development of Lots 4 -6 of Williams Pointe Plat 8 (the
"Property"),it was discovered that an additional overland flowage easement was needed and the
owners have granted such easement to the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to formally accept such easement and to have the
easement filed of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on ]
this 5th day of November 2007 that the overland flowage easement granted to the City of Waukee
in connection with the Property is hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee,and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to file such easement with the Dallas County,Iowa Recorder.
