RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR THE
2007 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for the
construction of certain public improvements described in general as construction of the
2007 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project,and as described in detail in the plans and
specifications heretofore approved,and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk
on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Municipal Pipe and Tool Company,LLC,of Hudson,IA
Date of contract:November 19,2007
Bond surety:Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual)
Date ofbond:November 19,2007
Portion ofproject:All Construction Work.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 19th day of November,2007.
