RESOLUTION 07-258
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WILLIAMS POINTE APARTMENTS
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Williams Pointe Apartments on November 13,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Apartments is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 19th day of November 2007 that the Site Plan for Williams Pointe
Apartments is approved.
