RESOLUTION 07-246
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,has completed the improvements for Williams Pointe Plat
8 for Regency Land Development Services;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Williams Pointe Plat 8 and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of November 2007 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Williams Pointe Plat 8.1
