RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed for the Waukee,Iowa,Southfork
and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer Project,as described in the plans and specifications
and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City and proof of
insurance coverage be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Ellingson Drainage,Inc.,of West Concord,MN
Date of contract:November 5,2007
Bond surety:North American Specialty Insurance Company
Date of Bond:November 14,2007
Portion of Project:All Construction Work.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 3rd day of December,2007.
