RESOLUTION 07-267
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT WITH
WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE L.A.GRANT PARKWAY
PAVING PROJECT,312TH PLACE TO ASHWORTH ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,as part of the L.A.Grant Parkway Paving Project the intersection of 312'h
and L.A.Grant Parkway will be constructed,and,
WHEREAS,the City needs to obtain a temporary construction easement for the L.A
Grant Parkway Paving project,and,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Temporary Construction
Easement and recommends approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,that the Temporary Construction Easement with Waukee Community
School District is hereby approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of December,2007.
