RESOLUTION 07-264
APPROVING THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION,ALICE'S ROAD TO
L.A.GRANT PARKWAY,ENGINEERING AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH
VEENSTRA &KIMM IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,878.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 8,2007,the Waukee City Council approved a Professional Engineering
Services Agreement with Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.,for the University Avenue Reconstruction
Project,Alice's Road to L.A.Grant Parkway (Resolution #07-15);AND,
WHEREAS,an amendment to the Professional Engineering Service Agreement is proposed
related to additional work to be performed by Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,for the project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
17th day of December,2007,that the Engineering Agreement Amendment for the University
Avenue Reconstruction Project,Alice's Road to L.A.Grant Parkway,is hereby approved in the
amount of$39,878.00.
