RESOLUTION 07-266
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE L.A.GRANT PARKWAY
PAVING PROJECT,3I2TH PLACE TO ASHWORTH ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,as part of the L.A.Grant Parkway Paving Project the intersection of312th
and L.A.Grant Parkway will be constructed,and,
WHEREAS,the City will purchase an easement for roadway access and utilities for the
L.A Grant Parkway Paving project,and,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Roadway Easement and
recommends approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,that the Purchase Agreement with Waukee Community School District is
hereby approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein.
