RESOLUTION 07-269
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PRAIRIEVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Prairieview Middle School on December 11,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Prairieview Middle School is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 17[h day of December 2007 that the Site Plan for Prairieview Middle
School is approved.
