APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN RDG PLANNING &DESIGN AND THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
WAUKEE SPORTS COMPLEX
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 21,2007,the Waukee City Council approved the proposal and bid
submitted by RDG Planning &Design for design services for the City of Waukee Sports
Complex (Resolution #07-102);AND,
WHEREAS,RDG Planning &Design has provided a form of contract related to the scope of
services for the Project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 4th day of June 2007 that the contract between RDG Planning &Design and the City of
Waukee,Iowa,for design services for the City of Waukee Sports Complex is hereby
approved.
