RESOLUTION 07-104
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM ENGINEERING ALLIANCE,INC.FOR THE
ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE V A VENUE IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain Engineering Alliance,Inc.to perform the engineering and
design services for the V Avenue Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of the project includes the preliminary survey and mapping,preliminary
design,final plans and specifications for the proposed construction of the V Avenue paving
project;AND,
WHEREAS,the fee for the planning,design and construction services for the Project shall be a
maximum not to exceed amount of $49,800.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves retaining Engineering Alliance,Inc.for the engineering and design
services for the V Avenue Improvements.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of June 2007.
