RESOLUTION 07-110 I
APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF WAUKEE VOTING PRECINCT 1 FROM
WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY TO IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has received a letter dated May 30,2007,from Dallas County
Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Gene Krumm stating that Waukee Voting Precinct I
shall be relocated from the Waukee Public Library.950 Warrior Ln.,to Immanuel Lutheran
Church,900 Warrior Ln.;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this 4th day
of June 2007 that it hereby approves the relocation of Waukee Voting Precinct I from Waukee
Public Library to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
