RESOLUTION 07-119
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FIRST AMERICAN BANK'S BANKING
SERVICES PROPOSAL FOR 3 YEARS BEGINNING JULY 1,2007,2008 AND
2009
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee mailed Requests For Proposals to 12 local banking
institution;AND,
WHEREAS,the City received 10 written proposals for consideration and review;AND,
WHEREAS,the City's Director of Finance and City Administrator/Clerk has reviewed
each proposal and recommends acceptance and approval of First American Bank's
proposal;AND,
WHEREAS,First American Bank and/or Waukee State Bank has provided professional
banking services for the City of Waukee since December 2001;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of June 2007 that it hereby approves and accepts the proposal from
First American Bank for banking services to be provided to the City of Waukee for the
years beginning July 1,2007,2008 and 2009.
