RESOLUTION 07-117
1APPROVINGACONTRACTBETWEENCOOPERCRAWFORD&ASSOCIATES
AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO PERFORM A TOPOGRAPlliC SURVEY
FOR THE WAUKEE SPORTS AND RECREATION COMPLEX
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,in order to proceed with planning and design of the Waukee Sports and Recreation
Complex,a topographic survey must be conducted for the subject property;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 25,2007,City staff distributed requests for proposals for topographic
surveying services for the Waukee Sports and Recreation Complex;AND,
WHEREAS,after reviewing all received proposals,City staff recommend approval of a contract
with Cooper Crawford &Associates for topographic services;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the contract between Cooper Crawford &Associates and the City of
Waukee,Iowa,to perform topographic services for the Waukee Sports and Recreation Complex.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of June 2007.
