RESOLUTION 07-126
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE 2006 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Young Mechanical &Plumbing has completed the 2006 Water Main
Improvements Project for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed on the 2006
Water Main Improvements Proj ect and have confirmed that said improvements are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day of July 2007 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion for
the 2006 Water Main Improvements Project.
