RESOLUTION 07-134
APPROVING CERTIFICATES OF APPRECIATION FOR OUTGOING
CITIZEN BOARD OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,citizen volunteers are the life blood of any community;AND,
WHEREAS,the willingness of our citizens to give of their time and talents in serving on
the various boards,committees and commissions ofthe City of Waukee is a significant
factor in the betterment of the community and should be recognized;AND,
WHEREAS,the following citizens have served the community tirelessly and faithfully
through their activities on citizen boards:
Denny Dolmage,Library Board of Trustees
Jim Strauss,Library Board of Trustees
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 23 rd day of July 2007 that it hereby approves certificates of appreciation for
citizen board and committee members Denny Dolmage and Jim Strauss.
