RESOLUTION 07-140
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
STONE PRAIRIE PLAT l/WESTOWN PARKWAY SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Sanitary Sewer
Improvements along Westown Parkway to provide service to Stone Prairie Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Sanitary Sewer Improvements along Westown
Parkway be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 23rd day of
July 2007.
