RESOLUTION 07-158
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a dilly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2 on July 31,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6'h day of August 2007 that the Preliminary Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2 is
approved.
