RESOLUTION 07-165
APPROVING A SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA,AND HICKORYTECH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,HickoryTech has provided a Services Contract for land-line services for all
City facilities;AND,
WHEREAS,HickoryTech has been the City's telephone service provider for the past
several years and has proven itself to be an excellent partner in business;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa,in
session this 20th day of August,2007,does hereby approve the Services Contract between
the City of Waukee,Iowa,and Hickory'I'ech,
