RESOLUTION 07-164
APPROVING,PURSUANT TO IOWA CODE §364.12(2)(a),CLOSING CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF STREETS FOR CONSTRUCTION,WHICH STARTS MONDAY
AUGUST 20,2007 THROUGH TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 28,2007 BEGINNING AT THE
INTERSECTION OF 312TH STREET AND L.A.GRANT P ARKW AY TO %OF A MILE
WEST OF THE INTERSECTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the developer,Regency Land Company,will be installing a trunk sewer main;
AND,
WHEREAS,3 12th Street will be closed intermittently during the construction of the trunk
sewer;AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to §364.l2(2)(a),Public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20th day of August 2007 that it hereby approves closing temporarily those portions of streets that
are part of the construction of 312 th Street from L.A.Grant Parkway to %of a mile west of the
intersection.
