APPROVING THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
STATEMENT OF COMPLETION AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR
THE 2004 UNIVERSITY AVENUE PCC PAVEMENT WIDENING PROJECT
STP-U-8177(604)-70-25
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on September 11,2006,the Waukee City Council approved the Certificate
of Completion and Final Acceptance of Agreement Work for STP-U-8177(604)-70-25
University Avenue Widening Project (Resolution #06-179);AND,
WHEREAS,the Iowa Department of Transportation requests a statement of completion
and final acceptance of work for said project,with the work approved and accepted on
behalf of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,Mark Lee of Lee Engineers recommends acceptance by the mOT of the
project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this zo"day of August 2007 that it hereby approves the Statement of Completion
and Final Acceptance of Work for the 2004 University Avenue PCC Pavement Widening
Project STP-U-8177(604)-70-25.
