RESOLUTION 07-169
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 13
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Williams Pointe Plat 13 on June 26,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 13 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20th day of August 2007 that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 13 is approved subject to
final review and approval by the City Attorney of all legal documents associated with the plat.
