RESOLUTION 07-173A
APPROVING CITY OF URBANDALE ENGINEERING DIVISION AS THE
ENGINEERS FOR THE 2007 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Clive,West Des Moines,and Norwalk will jointly
contract for and administer certain sanitary sewer rehabilitation public improvement
proj ects;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Urbandale will serve as the Lead Public Agency to prepare the
scope of the work and cost estimate for the proj ect design,which shall consist of plan and
specifications and contract administration for the letting and award of the project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Urbandale Engineering Division shall serve as the Engineers of
this joint proj ect.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 27th day of August 2007 that it hereby approves the City of Urbandale
Engineering Division as the Engineers for the 2007 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program.
