RESOLUTION 07-174
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A FORD EXPLORER FROM
STIVERS FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,556.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase of
a Ford Explorer U73/220A XLT-SSV in the amount of $21,556.00;AND,
WHEREAS,said vehicle will be used by the Director of Public Works and is the state
bid price for calendar year 2007;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 27'h day of August 2007 that it hereby approves the purchase of a Ford
Explorer from Stivers Ford in the amount of $21,556.00.
