RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF DETAILED
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND
NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE WAUKEE,IOWA,SOUTHFORK AND
WALNUT RIDGE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,Engineers,are hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the construction of
the Waukee,Iowa,Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to Bidders and f01111of contract for the
construction of the Waukee,Iowa,Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer Project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of September,2007.
