RESOLUTION 07-188
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
SUGAR CREEK APARTMENTSIL.A.GRANT PARKWAY WIDENING
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Sugar Creek Apartments/L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project has
been completed;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed on the Sugar
Creek Apartments/L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project and have confirmed that said
improvements are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this l7'h day of September 2007 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Sugar Creek Apartments/L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project.
