RESOLUTION 96-21
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
CARPER'S RIDGE -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,the Leland Carper has presented the Final Plat of Carper's Ridge to the
Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission which approved said Final Plat on May 22,
1997;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
section 354.8 of the Code of Iowa;
WHEREAS,a check in the amount of $1,638 has been submitted in lieu of dedicating a
parcel ofland for park dedication as per the requirements of the City's Subdivision
Ordinance.
WHEREAS,there are no outstanding Special Assessment due;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Fiual Plat for Carper's Ridge is hereby
accepted this 16 of June,1997.

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on June 16,1997 the foregoing
Resolution 97-15 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Carper's Ridge,a
Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa."was introduced and read
before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion was made by
Councilman Lugar,seconded by Gruber to pass the resolution.Upon roll call,the
following Council members voted:
AYE:Lihs,Strain,Lugar,Heath,and Gruber
NAY:None
ABSENT:None
