BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee approve and certify its acceptance of the plat
of ALICE'S SUBDIVISION with the condition that the proprietors place in escrow a warranty deed
to the East SO feet of ALICE'S SUBDIVISION to be delivered to the City of Waukee for street
purposes upon annexation by the City of Waukee of the property in ALICE'S SUBDIVISION
adj acent thereto.The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Certificate and
Acceptance of the City Council upon the delivery of said Warranty Deed into escrow.
Passed by the Council this 3rd day of August,1998,and approved this 3rd day of August,1998.
