RESOLUTION 98-44
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
HAWTHORNE RIDGE PLAT 3 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,J &K Partners has presented the Final Plat of Hawthorne Ridge Plat 3,and
the Wankee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on August 17,
1998;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has fouud this subdivision to be iu conformance with its
comprehensive pIau;and
WHEREAS,the City Couucil has fouud that the fiual plat has met the requiremeuts under
Section 354.8 of the Code oflowa;and
WHEREAS,a letter has beeu submitted dedicating a parcel ofland for park dedication as
per the requirements ofthe City's Subdivision Ordinance;and 1
WHEREAS,warning siren capital fees have been paid in the amount of $40.00 per acre;
and
WHEREAS,the Special Assessment which will become due upon the completion of the
University Avenue Trunk Sewer are noted in the appropriate legal documents;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has found that the requirements have been met,
under its current Ordinances;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat f r Hawthorne Ridge Plat3 is
hereby accepted this 17th day of Augnst,1998.

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on August 17,1998,the foregoing
Resolution 98-44 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Hawthorne Ridge Plat
3,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa."was introduced and
read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion was made by
Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Gruber to pass the resolution.Upon roll
call,the following Council members voted:
AYE:Gruber,Berger,Lyon
NAY None
ABSTAIN:None
ABSENT:Heath,Peard
WHEREAS,the Mayor declared the motion having passed 3 to o.
