RESOLUTION APPROVING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF WAUKEE FOR ROUTfflE MMNTENANCE OF CERTMN
PAVED STREETS
WHEREAS,the Cities of Clive and Waukee desire to provide for cooperation
between their two cities with respect to routine maintenance for certain streets located at
the boundaries between the cities.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CLIVE,IOWA:
That the Intergovernmental Agreement for Routine Maintenance of Certain Paved
Streets between the Cities of Clive and Waukee,is hereby approved,and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City,and the City
Clerk to attest to his signature.
