RESOLUTION 97-36
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
HAWTHORNE RIDGE PLAT 1 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,J &K Partners has presented the Final Plat of Hawthorne Ridge Plat 1,and
the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on August 26,
1997;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has fouud this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements uuder
Section 354.8 of the Code oflowa;

WHEREAS,a letter has been submitted dedicating a parcel of land for park dedication as
per the requirements of the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
WHEREAS,the Special Assessment which will become due upon the completion of the
University Avenue Trunk Sewer are noted in the appropriate legal documents;
WHEREAS,the waukee City Council has found that the requirements have been met,
under its current Ordinances;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Hawthorne Ridge Plat 1 is
hereby accepted this 6th day of October,1997.
