RESOLUTION 97-39
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
WESTGATE PLAT 2 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Westgate Partnership has presented the Final Plat of Westgate Plat 1,and the Wankee
Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat at their meeting on September 23,1997;
and
WHEREAS,the City Con neil has fonnd this snbdivision to be in conformance with its comprehensive
plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the Final Plat has met tbe requirements under section
354.8 of the Code of Iowa,and the requirements of the Waukee Subdivision Ordinance;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 1 is hereby approved on
this 20th day of October,1997.
