)RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.8 FOR
THE WAUKEE WASTEWATER FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
April 6,1998,with Rice Lake Contracting Corp.to construct certain
improvements known as the Waukee Wastewater Treatment Facility,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY
ESTIMATE NO.8,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed
and recommend approval of said Pay Estimate;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.8 in the
amount of $468,734.32 to Rice Lake Contracting Corp.be and the same is
hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
