)RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY APPLICATION NO.2 FOR THE
WAUKEE PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
October 6,1998,with Dennis Della Vedova,Inc.,to construct certain
improvements known as the Waukee Public Safety Facility,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S
APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT NO.2,and
WHEREAS,the Project Architects,Design Alliance,have reviewed and
recommend approval ofthe Application For Payment,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Application No.2 in
the amount of $31,801.25 to Dennis Della Vedova,Inc.be and the same is
hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of February,1999.
