RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE UTILITY
CROSSING HIGHWAY 6 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS,the City Engineer's (Veestra &Kimm,Inc.)have reviewed and prepared
preliminary plans and specifications for construction of the utility crossing Highway 6
reconstruction project;and
WHEREAS,said preliminary plans and specifications for construction of the utility
crossing Highway 6 reconstruction proj ect meet with the requirements of the City
Council;
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section I.The approval of the preliminary plans and specifications for construction
of the utility crossing Highway 6 reconstruction project is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
