RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
WINDFIELD COMMERCIAL PLAT 1 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Windfield Development II,L.C.has presented the Final Plat of Wind field
Commercial Plat 1,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final
Plat on February 24,1998;and
WHEREAS,the City Conncil has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 ofthe Code oflowa;and
WHEREAS,warning siren capital fees have been paid in the amount of $40.00 per acre;
and
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has fonnd that the requirements have been met,
nnder its current Ordinances;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Windfield Commercial Plat 1 is
hereby accepted this 22nd day of Febrnary,1999.~~..

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on February 22,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-17 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Wind field
Commercial Plat I,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa."was
introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion
was made by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Gruber to pass the resolution.
Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
AYE:Gruber,Berger,Lyon,Heath,Peard
NAY:None
ABSTAIN:None
ABSENT:None
WHEREAS,the Mayor declared the motion having passed 5 to O.
