RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY APPLICATION NO.9 FOR THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
STATE REVOVLING FUND PROJECT NO.CS192115 01
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
April 6,1998,with Rice Lake Contracting Corp.to construct certain
improvements known as the Waukee Wastewater Treatment Facility,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY
ESTIMATE NO.9,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed
and recommend approval of said Pay Estimate;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.9 in the
amount of $105,951.96 to Rice Lake Contracting Corp.be and the same is
hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of Marc 1999.
