hereby adopts the Community Builder Program and orders the Clerk to
place it on file at the office of the Department of Transportation and the
Department of Economic Development.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMMUNITY BUILDER
PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA I
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee has applied for and
received RISE monies for the Alice's Road project;and
WHEREAS,the City has also adopted its comprehensive plan,in 1992;and
WHEREAS,the comprehensive plan is considered to be a part of the
Community Builder Program;and
WHEREAS,this Community Builder Program is on file and has been
accepted by the Iowa Department of Economic Development;
PASSED THIS FIRST DAY OF APRIL,1996.
