RESOLUTION 96-09
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PORTION OF THE
HICKMAN ROAD SANITARY TRUNK SEWER
IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,a portion of the Hickman Trunk Sanitary Sewer has been installed by private
developers along the Highway-6 commonly known as Hickman Road;
Whereas this portion ofthe Sewer has benn inspected the City Engineer and have been found to
be acceptable to the City;
Whereas a 50 foot wide perpetual sanitary sewer easement has been granted to and accepted by
the City of Waukee;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the following portion of the Hickman Truuk Sewer is
hereby accepted by the City ofWaulcee on this l st day of April,1996.
