WITH H &W CONTRACTING LLC FOR THE EASTERN AREA PUMP
STATION PROJECT DECREASING THE CONTRACT IN AMOUNT OF
$1,433.25
WHEREAS,it has been determined that the provision of six white pine trees that had
been included in the original contract is not necessary,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,that Change Order NO.2 decreasing the amount of the
contract with H &W Contracting LLC for the Eastern Area Pump Station Project in the
amount of$I,433.25 is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Change Order NO.2.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April,1999.
