Resolution Approving Partial Payment Estimate No.3 for the
Eastern Area Pump Station
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
July 6,1998,with H &W Contracting LLC to construct certain
improvements known as the EASTERN AREA PUMP STATION,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed PARTIAL PAYMENT
ESTIMATE NO.3 covering the period September 25,1998 to February 15,
1999,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineer,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,has reviewed
and recommends approval of Partial Payment Estimate No.3,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Partial Payment Estimate
No.3 in the amount of $8,128.43 to H &W Contracting LLC be and the
same is hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April,1999.
