RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.10 FOR THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS STATE REVOLVING
FUND PROJECT NO.CS19211501 I
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of April 6,1998,with Rice
Lake Contracting Corp.construct certain improvements known as the Waukee Wastewater
Treatment facility,and
I
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY ESTIMATE NO.10,
and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineer,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed and recommend
approval of said Pay Estimate:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.10 in the amount of
$53,689.10 to Rice Lake Contracting Corp.be and the same is hereby approved and payment
authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19,1,day of April 1999.
