A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 TO THE CONTRACT
WITH CORELL CONTRACTOR,INC.FOR THE ASHWORTH DRIVE
PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT INCREASING THE CONTRACT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $906.80
WHEREAS,it has been determined that the changes identified in Change Order
No.1 for Ashworth Drive Pavement Improvements are necessary and appropriate:
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,that Change Order No.1 providing for a net
increase of $908.80 in the amount of the contract with Corell Contractor,Inc.for the
Ashworth Drive Pavement Improvement Project is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Change Order No.1.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of May,1999.
