PARK VIEW CROSSING RESIDENTIAL R-4,R-3,R-2 AND COMMERCIAL C-l
PLAT 1 A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Corell Contractor,Inc.has presented the Final Plat of Park View Crossing
Residential R-4,R-3,R-2,and Commercial C-I Plat 1,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning
Commission approved this Final Plat on March 23,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code ofIowa;and
WHEREAS,warning siren capital fees have been paid in the amount of$40.00 per acre;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has found that the requirements have been met,under its
current Ordinances;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Park View Crossing Residential R-4,
R-3,R-2,and Commercial C-I Plat 1 is hereby accepted this r day of May,199

Resolution 99-48 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Park View Cross
ResidentialR-4,R-3,R-2,and Commercial C-l Plat 1,a Subdivision of the City of
Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa."was introduced and read before the said City Council,
and after due consideration a motion was made by Councilman Gruber,seconded by
Councilman Peard,to pass the resolution.Upon roll call,the following Council members
