RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY APPLICATION NO.4
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of October 6,1998,with
Dennis Della Vedova,Inc.,to construct certain improvements known as the Waukee Public Safety
Building,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S APPLICATION FOR
PAYMENT NO.4,and
WHEREAS,the Project Architects,Design Alliance,have reviewed and recommend approval of
said Application for Payment:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Application NO.4 in the amount of
$129,507.80 be and the same is hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of May 1999.
