WHEREAS,the former Mayor Floyd Rosenkrantz,served the City of Waukee,as a
Councilman from January 1988 to June 1988;and
WHEREAS,Mayor Rosenkrantz served as Mayor of the City of Waukee from June
1988 to December 1993;and
WHEREAS,Mayor Rosenkrantz served the City of Waukee with honor and distinction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the southern most,east to west street in
Parkview Crossing is to be named Rosenkranz Drive in honor of the former Mayor of the
City of Waukee,Floyd W.Rosenkranz.,and that the City Clerk be directed to file this
Resolution with the Dallas County Recorder's,Assessor's,and Auditor's Office in
accordance with Chapter 354.26 of the Code ofIowa.
SUCH NAMING SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON THE FILING OF THE FINAL
PLAT FORPARKVIEW CROSSING DEVELOPMENT
