RESOLUTION RELEASING PERFORMANCE BOND -WINDFIELD
DEVELOPMENT II,L.C.
WHEREAS,Windfield Development IT,L.C.filed with the city a Performance Bond in the amount
of Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty eight &961100 ($36,468.96)dollars guaranteeing the
installation of underground service wiring for lighting the streets within the development,and
WHEREAS,said bond was not required by the city as the improvements to be constructed will not
become the property or responsibility of the city,and
WHEREAS,MidAmerican Energy has advised by letter dated April 20,1999,that they have
received payment for said improvements and that they will be installed in the next thirty days:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the performance bond above referred to be and
the same is hereby released.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of May 1999.
